DESCRIPTION

Fiat's handsome 124 Spider debuted at the Turin Auto Show in November of '66. Designed and manufactured by coachbuilder Pininfarina, both Fiat and Pininfarina marketed the car as the 2000 Spider from '79 through '82. Pininfarina itself assumed all the car's marketing from 1983 to the end of production in '85.

This particular example is in what appears to be highly original condition, a rarity with this model. All body panels are straight with no indication of prior damage or rust. Paint is in very good, seemingly original condition showing slight crazing in spots and the usual stone chip touch ups on the hood. Paint meter readings on all panels are some of the most consistent we've seen on any car, further substantiating its originality claim.

Interior carpeting is in excellent condition as are the vinyl seats w/no rips, tears or other excessive signs of wear. Everything works as designed and the car starts, runs and drives like it should. What looks to be an original spare wheel & tire is in the trunk along w/a jack and toolkit.
