Big Block FF Mk3 w/Power Steering!

Purchased out of California in September of '24, this Factory Five Racing Mk3 Roadster is powered by a 427 ci Ford V8 built by Blueprint Engines of Kearney, NE and is equipped with a balanced forged rotating assembly, Muscle Series aluminum cylinder heads, Holley Terminator Stealth electronic fuel injection and MSD ignition components. It is finished in metallic red with silver stripes over black vinyl upholstery and is equipped with 17″ Halibrand-style wheels, Hydroboost disc brakes, rack-and-pinion power steering, a Tremec TKO five-speed manual transmission, a Ford 8.8″ with a limited-slip differential. Further equipment includes quick-jack bumperettes, dual side-view mirrors, a single roll hoop, side-exit exhaust pipes, Simpson racing harnesses, a fire extinguisher, a wood-rimmed steering wheel and a Bluetooth receiver. This Mk3 Roadster is now offered with manufacturer's literature, build documents, and a clean California title describing it as a specially constructed vehicle with no model year.

The fiberglass bodywork is finished in metallic red with silver center stripes and features quick-jack bumperettes, a hood scoop, fender vents, wind wings, dual side-view mirrors, a single roll hoop, a LeMans-style fuel filler cap, and side-exit exhaust pipes. Paint protection film has been installed on the body.

Halibrand-style 17″ wheels are mounted with Nitto NT555 G2 tires measuring 255/40 up front and 315/35 at the rear. The car is equipped with rack-and-pinion power steering, and stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes with drilled and slotted rotors and a Hydroboost brake booster.

The low-back bucket seats are trimmed in black vinyl upholstery and are joined by a black dashboard pad, door panels, and carpeting. Interior elements include a dashboard-mounted rearview mirror, Simpson racing harnesses, a Holley Sniper EFI controller, a fire extinguisher, Cobra-branded floor mats, and a Bluetooth receiver linked to speakers mounted on each side of the center stack. A Carroll Shelby signature adorns the right side of the dashboard.

The wood-rimmed steering wheel fronts a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer, an analog clock, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, battery voltage and fuel level. The digital odometer shows 3,260 miles, approximately 60 of which were added under current ownership.

The Blueprint Engines Ford 427ci V8 engine utilizes a Dart SHP block fitted with a balanced forged rotating assembly consisting of a Blueprint 4340 crankshaft, Scat 4340 H-beam connecting rods, and Mahle 10:1 compression ratio pistons. The engine is further outfitted with:

Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a Tremec TKO600 five-speed manual transmission fitted with a Quicktime bellhousing, a McLeod clutch, and a billet flywheel in addition to a Ford 8.8″ rear axle with a limited-slip differential and 3.55:1 gearing.

The car is titled in California as a specially constructed vehicle with no model year using VIN F5R1004841RD. A photo of the California BAR sticker is viewable in the gallery and lists an SB100 status exempting the vehicle from emissions testing in California.
